Earlier we experienced database contention on high traffic tables, which resulted in website, API, and Pipelines outages. All Bitbucket services are now operational. A full post mortem will be published.

Unable to invite new users due to missing recaptcha token
Between 08:00 UTC to 11:54 UTC, we experienced problems with the invitation of new users for Cloud customers on admin.atlassian.com. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
