We've successfully deployed a fix for this issue and are continuing to monitor the situation.
For customers using deployment gating who were impacted, re-running any affected Pipelines builds should trigger the necessary automation to unblock deployments.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue preventing the Pipelines UI from displaying updates in real time. A workaround for now is to refresh the page.
In addition, our deployment gating feature that allows teams to control deployments via Jira Service Management is broken as a result of this. We will follow up with mitigation steps for customers impacted by this incident.
