Organization administrators can now receive personalized incident information in Atlassian Administration. Subscribe to System Health (currently in Beta) to receive notifications if a reliability incident affects your organization.
The issue is resolved and pipelines triggers are working as expected. We are monitoring to make sure it is fully functional.

A rollback is in-progress, resolution expected in approximately 30 minutes. A workaround option is to manually trigger a build in the Bitbucket Cloud UI for the repositories that have not triggered automatically.

Bitbucket Cloud pipeline triggers are not working as expected, a root cause has been identified and a recent change is being rolled back. The impact will be a delay in pipelines starting until resolved, we will provide a follow-up shortly.
