Resolved

At 14:00 AEST internal monitoring detected an increased error rate in customer steps.

The root cause was identified at 14:05 AEST as the Atlassian container repository failing to serve required infrastructure containers, blocking the ability to run customer steps.

A cutover to a secondary image repository was applied by 14:15 AEST with a full resolution by 14:16 AEST.
No further impact expected at this time.
