Update

We're continuing to monitor an issue pulling images from DockerHub. Users may experience a failed pipeline with error "net/http: request canceled.". Rerunning a pipeline often succeeds as a workaround.

We've currently identified an issue pulling images from DockerHub affecting ~1.7% of pipelines.
The issue causes pipelines to fail to start with error message "net/http: request canceled."
